Fabrics & Trims Sourcing

Finding textiles, knitwear, garment accessories and other textile products exactly according to customer requirements and design.

We will be happy to provide you contacts of local and worldwide suppliers to provide you with an array of different fabrics, trims, notions, buttons and zippers for your designs.

Size Chart Grading

Developing a size chart specifically for your product. Having a standart for your brand allows you to create a consistent fit.

Technical Pack Development

Production-ready packages include technical flats, garment description, pattern cuts and prod process instruction (upon request). A carefully prepared Tech Pack will ensure the production of high-quality samples.

We offer virtual 3D visualization services which elevate the precion of technical information to the next level. Such digital fitting shows colorways, seams, stitches, decorations and other details and helps to cut time and costs during product development process.

Pattern Making

We make hand drafted patterns from sketches, illustrations or photographs, using your size charts or custom measurements.

These are a must before any of your designs are able to go to production.

We can check and alter your existing patterns to achieve a desired fit.

We are also taking commissions for custom, made to measure patterns to fit a specific body type.

Sample Development

Creating a sample is a necessary step in preparing for manufacturing. With a sample you are able to test the fit of your garment, the shape, the way your fabrics drape etc. After we create a sample we send it back to our clients for them to asses what changes need to be made. This process can require multiple samples and in the end you are left with a garment or product that is made specifically to suit your specifications.

Our highly experienced workforce usually takes 14-30 days to create the paper patterns before cutting and sewing your samples.
Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for production.

Pattern Grading

Grading is the final step of the development process where we translate your base pattern across your size range. We also can grade existing pattern into various sizes depending on your size chart.

Quality Control Inspection

Pre-Production support and production control will ensure your collection is perfectly ready for manufacturing. It is there to simplify the process and provide the best quality product while you can focus on further developing of your business.

The course covers the basic history of fashion, mood boards, concept developing, sketching, fabric sourcing, patternmaking, styling and a lot more.

It is possible to focus on preferred section, for example only of fashion illustrationand sketching or on patternmaking and product development upon request.
